What we collect
Your account email, the templates you create, and the data you paste to run a fill. We store the pasted input only as long as needed to produce and let you review the result.
No training on your data
We do not use your data to train AI models. Fills are processed by our AI provider as a subprocessor and are not retained for training.
Retention & deletion
You can delete individual templates, past fills, or your entire account at any time from Settings - no need to contact support. Account deletion removes your templates, job history, and webhooks immediately and permanently. Raw input is minimized.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Every account is isolated at the database level (row-level security), and outbound lookups and webhooks are guarded against requests to internal systems.
Subprocessors
We rely on Dump2Form's infrastructure providers - a hosting platform, a managed Postgres/auth provider, and an AI API - each bound to handle data per this policy.
